Most portfolios are museums.
This one is a shop floor.

Sam Zamor builds complete products: strategy, design, production code, and the autonomous systems that keep shipping while he sleeps. 25 years independent. Two ventures funded and acquired. A platform serving over one million users.

the operator

One operator from strategy to shipped system.

25 years independentStrategy, interface, code, and agents under one roof.

I have run an independent practice for 25 years. In that time I have been the strategist, the designer, the frontend engineer, and lately the person wiring up the agents that work the night shift. You get one accountable operator instead of a handoff chain. The work above is what that looks like.

How it works: describe the problem in two paragraphs. A drafted brief reaches your inbox before our first call. From there, two shapes: a fixed-scope build with a dated checkpoint plan, or a monthly operating retainer where the system keeps improving after launch.

Strategy

Positioning, user flows, IA, and scope that survives production.

Interface

Figma systems, responsive product UI, accessibility, and visual craft built with implementation in mind.

Production

React, React Native, Next.js, AI workflows, telemetry, and agents that keep the work moving.

night system · on record

This page is rebuilt every night while I sleep.

At 03:00 an agent observes yesterday's build, decides a direction, mutates the system, and archives the result. Page order, palette, grid, motion language: all on the table. Every version is scored against the same 28 first-screen checks offered at the Teardown Desk. Below threshold, last night stays live and the failure goes in the morgue anyway. 7 full versions on record.

teardown desk

Bring a URL. Leave with a rebuilt first screen.

Paste a homepage. The desk captures the first screen, audits it against 28 checks, rewrites the message, and composes a new hero. The same rubric this site grades itself with every night.

Preview runs on canned captures until the public desk opens.
