Overview
Airways is a sophisticated aviation operations platform designed to streamline crew management, scheduling, and operational workflows for airlines and aviation companies. The platform handles complex, safety-critical processes where reliability and clarity are non-negotiable.
I serve as both designer and developer on this project, responsible for creating intuitive interfaces for inherently complex aviation workflows. The technical stack includes React for the web dashboard, React Native for crew-facing mobile applications, and Next.js for performance-critical public-facing pages.
The design challenge here is significant: aviation operations involve dense data, regulatory requirements, and high-stakes decision-making. My role is to make that complexity manageable without oversimplifying, creating interfaces that experienced aviation professionals trust and rely on daily.
